This Videx Digital Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) outlines the obligations of Videx, Inc. (“Videx”) regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of any information collected from you during your access to or use of this website (available at www.videx.com, hereafter “Videx Site”). By accessing or using the Videx Site from any computer, mobile phone, or other electronic device you consent to our Privacy Policy. Videx reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice, effective immediately upon posting to the Videx Site. Videx will notify you when modifications are made to this Privacy Policy by posting a notice on the Videx Site. Automatic Collection
When you visit the Videx Site certain information may be collected automatically. Google Analytics
Videx utilizes “Google Analytics” to collect information about general use of the Videx Site. Google Analytics automatically collects information including, but not limited to, how often users visit the Videx Site, what pages users visit on the Videx Site, and the address of websites visited prior to arriving at the Videx Site. Videx uses the information collected by Google Analytics solely to improve and optimize your experience on the Videx Site. Google Analytics collects the IP address assigned to you when you visit the Videx Site, rather than your name or other identifying information. Google does not share IP address information with website owners utilizing Google Analytics, but instead provides geographical visitor information based upon the IP addresses collected. Videx does not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with personally identifiable information that you may submit through the Videx Site or other means. Google Analytics may place a first-party cookie on your web browser. Web browsers do not share first-party cookies across domains. Google’s ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics is restricted by the Google Analytics Terms of Use and the Google Privacy Policy. USE OF INFORMATION

Automatically Collected Information
Videx may use non-personally identifiable information to understand how users interact with the Videx Site and to improve content and optimize performance of the Videx Site. This includes any information collected through our use of Google Analytics.
